The membership has heard proposed changes to our bylaws to the following effect at the August chapter meeting, again at the September chapter meeting, and for a third time at the October chapter meeting.
The membership has voted in favor of the below change at the October 2026 chapter regualr meeting.
Original text Article 1, Section 3: Minutes of the meetings of the Chapter, including the Chapter Executive Committee, shall be kept and be available for inspection by any Chapter member.
Proposal: Article 1, Section 3: Minutes of the meetings of the Chapter, including the Chapter Executive Committee, together with the monthly chapter financial report and the annual financial report, shall be kept and be available for inspection by any Chapter member.
